How to open an account?

  • For Smartphone User (Android or iOS)

1. Download the Hei5 Application
2. Click Register Now
3. On the Online Opening Account page, select Create an Account
4. Fill in the data and the verification email will be processed
5. After the verification email is successful, log in on the verified success email page with the registered email address and password.
6. After logging in, continue to fill in the data and upload the required documents.

  • For desktop/laptop users

1. Go to the website https://hei5oa.pancaglobal.co.id/#/

2. On the Online Opening Account page, select Create an Account
3. Fill in the data and the verification email will be processed
4. After the verification email is successful, log in on the verified success email page with the registered email address and password.
5. After logging in, continue to fill in the data and upload the required documents.

How to check the account opening status?

After filling in complete data and uploading supporting documents, account opening status will be continued with our identification and verification process, making SID, SRE, and opening RDN.
Account opening status can be viewed on the online account opening website (https://hei5oa.pancaglobal.co.id/#/), and log in with the registered email and password.

How long does the account opening process take?

After all the data and supporting documents are uploaded and compatible with the criteria, then a maximum of 1 working day the Account is ready to be used.

What are the requirements for opening an account?

Online Account Opening:


1. Indonesian citizens who already have an e-KTP
2. Have an active BCA savings account

Manual Account Opening:

What if I forget my user ID, Password and PIN?

Forgot user ID

Android and iOS users, please click forget user ID, and fill in the requested registered data, then follow the steps described.

Forgot the password

On the login page, please click Forgot Password, and fill in the requested registered data, then follow the steps described.

Forgot PIN

After logging in, go to the Forget PIN menu and follow the steps described in the menu.

 

What is SID?

SID, which stands for Single Investor Identification, is a single and special code issued by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI). This code will be used by customers, investors, and/or other parties based on the applicable regulations to carry out securities transaction activities, quoted from the KSEI Regulations.

What is KSEI ACCESS?

KSEI ACCESS is a facility from KSEI which is used as access to information via the internet and is intended for investors to monitor the position and mutation of their Securities stored in Sub Securities Accounts at KSEI.
 
If a client has Securities Accounts of more than 1 Securities Company, through KSEI ACCESS the client can carry out all portfolios of several Securities Companies.

What is RDN?

RDN or Rekening Dana Nasabah (Customer Fund Account) is an Account for the storage and settlement of funds from a Customer's Securities Transaction at a Bank in cooperation with a Securities Company.

The Customer Fund Account is opened in the name of the Customer who opens a Securities Account and RDN is mandatory in accordance with OJK Regulation No. 50/POJK.04/2020 (previously Keputusan Ketua Bapepam Kep-548/BL/2010 and Regulation V.D.3).

Please contact our Customer Service by preparing a screenshot of the system that appears when you are unable to make a Buy or Sell Transaction.
